The Institute for Education was honored to host its first annual International Social Secretaries and Chief of Protocols to a summer lunch which was held September 1 at the Historic Congressional Country Club “Great Lawn.”  Gwenda DeMoor (Belgium) and Kiyomi Buker (Japan) cohosted the event. The rainy weather did not dampened the spirits of guests who represented the following embassies: Luxembourg, Afghanistan, Germany, Austria, Singapore, Iceland, Sweden, Portugal and Colombia.
