IFE to host Welcome Reception
Coach Kemper and the Institute for Education will host a “Welcome to the Capital City.” H.E. Francisco Duarte Lopes, Ambassador of Portugal to the U.S., will host the reception at the Portuguese residence. It is by invitation only.
