
Sen. Richard Shelby (R-Ala.) spoke on public policy issues in the U.S. at a roundtable breakfast Tuesday morning in the LBJ room at the U.S. Capitol.
The breakfast was part of the Institute for Education’s INFO breakfasts which are heavily attended by members of the diplomatic corps and other leaders in the area.

Those in attendance at Tuesday’s breakfast included: Dr. Annette Shelby, professor emerita at Georgetown University and wife of Sen. Shelby, Ambassador Gilles Noghes of Monaco, Mrs. Ellen Noghes, Ambassador Ichiro Fujisake of Japan, Ambassador Jan Matthyson of Belgium, Ambassador Jean Paul Senninger of Luxembourg, Joe Haggarty of the United Way of America and others.
