Stay Home and #StopTheSpread

First and foremost, we hope this message finds you well and in good spirits.

The COVID–19 outbreak, no doubt, has created a time of uncertainty for all of us, impacting everyone and everything from our families, friends and day-to-day activities to industries and markets across the globe.  You’re a valued part of our IFE community and with the potential for more unprecedented challenges ahead, we want you to know that we’re here to support you, however possible, and keep you up-to-date about our team and efforts during this time.

IFE’s strength over the years has been agile and it has kept us strong and vibrant during hard times. Using technology while #WFH our CS@SC coding/robotics camp has pivoted to distance learning. We have two USC Viterbi School of Engineering professors teaching along with the Ph.D. engineering students coaching and counseling the students. This is a pilot and we are evaluating as we move forward. IFE continues to assist local and state governments in our #tech in gov and #civictechservice leadership roles around the country and world. IFE is uniquely positioned for this moment with our deep tech focus and collaborations with the world community.

Currently, our Spring speaker programs are on-hold and being rescheduled. Though this has disrupted business as we know it, we have been busy working with speakers and our diplomatic hosts to navigate necessary changes. We’re eager to get back to business as usual, so we’ve been working on speakers and trending topics to debut when the time is right. In the coming weeks, we’ll continue to reach out via social media and we’d love to hear back from you about how you are weathering these uncharted waters.

As always, we appreciate and thank you for being a member of the IFE family.

Our best wishes to you and your family as we navigate the days ahead together.
