Juan Carlos Pinzón, Ambassador of Colombia to the U.S., and Coach Kathy Kemper, Founder & CEO of the Institute for Education, together with IFE leadership and former U.S. CTO Megan Smith will welcome the civic tech community to celebrate the ongoing work to open up the government and tap into the country’s technology and innovation expertise to solve problems.
